Abstract
The present note reports the first record of Vampyrodes caraccioli in Paraná state, southern Brazil, based on an adult male specimen collected in the “Reserva Particular do Patrimônio Natural Salto Morato”, on the north coast of the state, extending 301 km in the known austral distribution of the species.
