Douglas Lopes headed the work, wrote most of the manuscript, in addition to collecting the copies, identifying and depositing them in the zoological collection of the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (ZUFMS); 

Thiago Taveira previously registered the species outside the known area of its distribution, organized the sampling expedition and worked on the revision of the manuscript;

Francisco Severo-Neto worked on the elaboration of the images of the work, listed the samples collected in the zoological collection of ZUFMS and revised the text of the manuscript.

Fernando Carvalho confirmed the identification of the taxon, provided the diagnosis of the species, wrote the historical data of the description and revised the entire text.
